Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda has said that the friendly atmosphere in the Chittagong City Corporation election was not the same in the US presidential election. He made the remarks at an exchange meeting with officials in charge of elections at Chittagong Circuit House on Sunday afternoon.



Nurul Huda said that no violence is desirable in the election. He also expressed sorrow over the recent loss of life in the local government elections.

The meeting was attended by army representatives, police, RAB, executive magistrate, and other officials.
